Every cup tells a story; from ethically sourced coffee beans to mindful roasting that highlights each flavor’s natural depth. Beyond the brew, Root & Roast celebrates the ritual of slowing down: finding comfort in the familiar, creativity in the simple, and purpose in connection.

The Owner
Root & Roast Coffee was founded by Elias Ward, a designer-turned-barista who believes good coffee should feel as intentional as good design. After years of working in the creative industry, Elias sought something more grounded: something that combined his love for craftsmanship, sustainability, and community. What began as a small pop-up espresso cart quickly grew into Root & Roast: a space where people can slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the ritual of coffee.
